Bowen is the founder and President of Link Commercial Property Group. He began his real estate career in 2003 at Lee & Associates and later joined CoSol Commercial Real Estate in 2013. Specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout Stanislaus and San Joaquin County, Bowen has been involved in over $1 Billion worth of real estate transactions and continues to be a consistent market leader.

 In addition, Bowen represents private capital clients on the acquisition of leased investment properties. With a focus on newly constructed retail, industrial, and medical opportunities, he has completed over 300 net leased transactions totaling more $1 Billion. The combination of Bowen’s market knowledge, strong ties with various parties associated with transacting and focus on strong client relationships is unsurpassed in the marketplace.

 Bowen is a Modesto CA native and a 2003 graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is married with two children and enjoys working with several local community organizations as well as being with friends & family.

Patrick Zado focuses on the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout the Central Valley. With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience,  and as a graduate of the University of Southern California, Patrick Zado has a firm understanding of what it takes to represent owners and tenants from start to finish. Patrick believes in understanding his client’s business objectives and tailoring a plan to meet those needs. He understands that clients need effective communication and an ability to solve problems quickly. In addition to sales and leasing, Patrick also manages commercial property throughout the Central Valley.

Prior to joining Link Commercial Property Group, Inc., Patrick worked at Lee & Associates before joining CoSol Commercial Real Estate.

Franko Roque was born and raised in Fresno, CA where he attended San Joaquin Memorial High School. At an early age, Franko began working for successful farming operations, like Isla Vista Farm Management and Western Ag Enterprises, which cultivated his deep respect for the industry. After earning a finance degree from TCU in 2020, he joined CoSol Commercial Real Estate of Modesto, CA. Five years later, Franko lives in Fresno and recently joined on with Bowen Cardoza at Link Commercial Property Group. Their team specializes in sourcing investment properties nationwide on behalf of agriculture families looking to diversify their portfolios with commercial real estate by utilizing a 1031 exchange. Franko has been involved in over $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in investment properties nationwide for agricultural families utilizing 1031 exchanges. When Franko is not spending time with family and friends, he enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
